Refund/Cancellation policy

No refunds after classes begin. 6-week studio classes are non-refundable within 1 week (8 days) prior to the first day of class. Any refunds requested before the 8th day cutoff will be issued as a full refund, less booking fees. Purchased spots can be transferred to friends and family for no fee or postponed to a later date.

If you need to reschedule and you are within the refund time period, email us at treasurecoastpottery@gmail.com.
If your class is cancelled due to circumstances outside of our control, all currently enrolled students will be rescheduled to a later date or refunded. ***In the event of severe weather or unforeseen incidents, classes and open studio time will be made up when possible.

TCP reserves the right to cancel, combine, or reschedule classes to adjust for enrollment. Classes require a minimum number of students for the class to run. If TCP cancels due to insufficient enrollment, all registered participants will be informed and given the option to move into another class or be refunded.
Open Studios for Saturday daytime and Thursday evening classes are Tuesday evenings, 5:30 to 8:30 PM; Open Studios for Tuesday 12-3 PM classes are Thursdays 12-3 PM.

Any cancellations for a single day class (Try It or one-time build classes) should be given within 48 hours prior to the start of class. Refunds will not be issued within 48 hours of the start of class. However, we will move you into a later class.
Membership cannot be refunded and must be purchased online and is at the sole discretion of ownership. Before purchasing a membership, make an appointment to view the studio and meet with the owner.
It is your responsibility to show up to class. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes. This includes any illnesses. We will, however, try to schedule you into another class, if possible, to make up a missed class or open studio, but there is no guarantee.
There is an extra cost for pieces measuring larger than 12 inches.
Absolutely NO outside clay allowed in the studio. Clay purchase at TCP includes bisque, glaze and glaze firing. TCP does not fire pieces a third time.
